Verbier is a pretty cool place! Spent a week there last February.
If you're a park skier, grab an extended pass one day and ski over to the wooden park in Nendaz. Lots of fun features there. Good powder runs can be found all over in Verbier itself.
A word of warning:
Partying is MIGHTY expensive and 99% of the people who dwell in verbier are pretentious snobs.
Great mountain! if you are not a pussy you will ski the back side of mont fort. There is so much terrain there it is difficult to see it all in a short ski vacation so I hope you will have some time. early spring is a great time to visit the alps. some great ski in ski out restaurants that overlook the whole mtn. Other great food found in town, Fondue, Racklette (or however you spell it...?), all kinds of authentic european food. In town make sure to visit Pub Mont Fort, one of the best bars ever! Also seen in Glen Plake and Mike Hattrups early 90s ski epic Sno What!!! Make sure when you are there, do a Flaming Lamborghini, three stage flaming shot you do all through a straw. All in all a great experience! Oh and don't forget, Chamonix is less than an hour away...
Also worth mentioning that there is a restaurant in Verbier that makes the most AMAZING burgers. Can't remember the name at the moment, I can ask a buddy of mine. It has a surf shack theme and they make awesome food.
Pros: There is some unreal terrain if you know where to look. Pretty easy to access some scary stuff and when the snow is good it's one of the best places I've ever ridden. Honestly think you could ski season after season there and still have tons of lines to hit.
Cons: Park isn't great, and it's REALLY expensive.
Going to be in verbier from new year for the following 5 days if anybody else is going to be around ive some friends who are locals and know their way about the serious stuff. if people are around and interested, hit me up.
Built that kicker Christmas day last year, hopefully the windlip will be forming up nicely for round two. NS shred session sounds prime, see you all there!
