The government offers tax breaks on most things that are energy efficient or leading edge on the market in terms of energy.
Based on the title of your thread, and the video-- im guessing you're referring to powering ones home when the "power is out"-- ie: gas powered generators-- well, replacing the gas powered generator is not going to eliminate our dependency on foreign oil. But, since you're an intelligent guy, I'm sure you know that, so this post honestly confuses me.
We would have to get our cars off of oil to lessen our dependency, which we are doing. We have electric vehicles and the technology is getting more widespread and diverse every month of every year. This invention merely generates electricity, so are you suggesting we use his machine to power vehicles instead of batteries? Does it have the power and it is it more efficient?
I'm just not sure where you're going here?
Good points. It's true the batteries are terrible, but does this have the potential to power a vehicle?
Yeah, I've been listening to the news. One gas station attendant has been pumping gas for over 48 hours and is bleeding from the mouth/nose/eyes from all of the fumes.
