I had one of those put in when I was like 13 or 14 with no pain killers at all. It was by far the most painful, horrific, experience of my life, and no other pain has ever come close to that experience haha. Oh man that sucked. I had to pee every 15 minutes for the next two days also, b/c if there was any pressure it felt like I was pissing glass.
