interesting. i have only been there in the off season, so really no idea how the skiing is. All i know is its a pretty cool place!

Also would want to ride the train and ski Stienach as well!

You sir have great taste! I'd love to hit up some smaller resorts like Whitewater, Shames, etc. great BC access, endless snow, get away from the big resort scene.

Dude, the active volcanoes in Japan really aren't that gnar, yeah you see smoke coming out of the fumaroles, but I've never heard of anyone seeing lava.
