As much as I laughed at the first few comments, I think OP needs some proper advice.
A 180 isn't a spin. It's just a shift in the legs. Your eyes never come off the landing. You don't need to wind up and you shouldn't end up looking back at the jump. Try it on flat ground while standing still. Once you realise how easy it is try it off a kicker. Just take your time and trust your skis to come around.
As a general rule, if you 360 to the left you 180 to the right. Both will have you looking over your left shoulder. If you want to get comfortable looking over that shoulder then just practise some switch skiing. Look around your shoulder while staggering that side's foot backwards. That's the stance you want when you land.
