Because he didn't know that she was actually butt ugly. I couldn't imagine having kids with the girl of my dreams who's supermodel-attractive to then find out she got surgery to mask her trailer-park hideousness.
I would never openly call my daughter "terribly ugly" though... Fugly would suffice.

well what is it then? you did state that you could make a fortune of letting ugly dudes fuck you. did you not imply consent? therefore if you did imply consent, how could you sue them when you knew what you were getting yourself into?
