Pants help

While being prevented from skiing on my summer setup because of Sandy I decided to look for some pants to match my jacket...

Not sure if the yellows match exactly, if they do/dont lemme know and if there are any other pants suggestions that would look dope with the jacket please share.. +k for good reponses
