Setting up a premiere pro workspace?

Up until now I haven't really used premiere pro, mainly due to laziness and just using after effects. But I really need a timeline colour corrector, and premiere does that. But I've got a couple problems,

Firstly what colour corrector is best to use with premiere? I've just been trying the "fast colour corrector" but it sucks compared to the 3 way colorista in mbl, and I'm not used to it.

When I use the fast colour corrector I have it setup like In the picture below, but for some reason the waveform and the output video are at different times, and also when I change something on the colour corrector the video doesn't change, but the waveform does? how can I get the video to change too? and also why is the time on the video different to the time on the waveform?

And finally how Can I get the timeline on the video output and the waveform to show in and out points? it's just markings with no point of where the video is.

If you like the magic then just use it instead of the color correctors built into premiere

Yeah I would use that, but it removes the ability to scrub through footage, and also makes it a lot slower.

Not sure why the times aren't the same, for my setup I have everything but my preview on my left screen, timeline on the bottom, shots/effects on the left, then my viewer and waveform next to each other. I use the 3-way color corrector for basic stuff but im making the switch to colorista II which works much better IMO.

FUCK! colorista ii is literally perfect, I'll get that now. Couldn't have asked for a greater response. I figured out the reason for my timings being out was that I Had done the "gang source and program" at different times to the other clip, is there any other way than gang source and program to get the waveform and the preview to play at the same time when I scrub on the sequence timeline?
