Anyone w/ Sony vegas/davinci resolve?

i was looking to torrent vegas pro 11 and the comments on most of the torrents say that people have gotten errors and vegas has pretty much stopped working after about 2 weeks. has anyone had this problem and if not, where's a good torrent (davinci also)?
