I used to think like you, but when you look at it, and you compare the three main cheap beers, VB's, Carlton and I'll give you tooheys seeing as you're north of the border, there's not all that much difference in quality/taste in all of them. And plus, VB's improved a lot since they changed the recipe.

Also, I'm assuming you had a warm one, which I will grant you, is fucking terrible.

Just tried this last week, probably will start getting more. Hopefully different brews of it too.

Also this is really good for a dark beer.

tooheys is definitely my beer of choice while im in Aus no doubt about it. i guess VB's just an acquired taste like majority of others, it really depends what ur used to. ive been drunk from VB many of times but only because its cheap and gets u drunk. really dont like the taste
