YES THE SCREEN IS CRACKED. and the vibrate button works but it can turn off if you wiggle it around not really easily though.
PHONE AND SCREEN WORK FINE. Nothing really wrong with the phone itself.
The iphone still works fine with any carrier, just pop your sim card in.
