I plan on moving somewhere to ski after highschool but i want to go somewhere where you can ski good park, trees, pow etc. More emphasis on the pow and trees/ big mountain
Either SLC (U of Utah) or Boulder (UC at Boulder). Both will be close to major mountains that have many different options as far as terrain is concerned. U of U is probably the better of the two as far as skiing is concerned (it's 30-45min away from 7 major mountains - Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, PCMR, Deer Valley, and Canyons - all well known for have great skiing, and a couple of them well known for great parks. UC at Boulder you'll be near Breck and Key, arguably the two best parks in the country, there's also tons of other terrain to ski as well, but you won't be as close to the mountains as you are in SLC. However, the main benefit to CO is they open sooner (for example ABay and Loveland have been open for a bit now and the mountains is Utah still have a few more weeks).
