I own the Belafonte and Bibby Special. Most burly skis i own or have seen besides the obvious icelantics or on3ps... along the lines of atomic. right up there in quality. i give a 9/10 and i have extreme standards.

The bibby special makes my 2012 obsethed look dainty. though they both have have a different purpose even with such a similar waist.

Moment skis are truly different from anything else on the market. any ski reviewer who isnt in bed with the leading ski industry corporations, who has ridden moments, will tell you that there all "WOW" skis.

They are known for their topsheets that delam in a day and their tips and tails snapping. Read this thread and then tell me they are known for being durable

thats why moment has blown up into a major company. larger than any other boutique, because lack of durability.

They did improve this year. For brand new top sheets and I think edges too

why the F do you care about top sheets. Moments have always had UHMW Sidewalls so just the top sheet durability needed improvement. and Honestly i dont care about that. and if you do than i feel bad. its not like the topsheet is going to come off completely? and its gunna ski the same either way....

Moments skis rock. give it 5 years. there gunna be huge.
