b. its the cops job, to do his job. if someone is breaking a law, rule, whatever, he has to stop it. its as simple as that. that doesnt make the cop an asshole.

Cop was right...but he could have been a bit less of a dick.......he should have just called the people down who called the cops and asked if they wanted to press charges. Instead of throwing them in the back of the car for that long, and calling backup.

Yeah in this case the cop was in the wrong as far as general procedure goes. I mean, given they were trespassing, yeah it was right of him to see what they were doing and boot 'em, but he didn't have to make it obvious that he'd had a bad day and take it out on those guys right from the beginning. You can see him trying to make them feel stupid by reading the sign and then making a statement in which he repeats himself lmao. Dude definitely got picked on when he was younger.
