There are a few things which can be done. Firstly would be a boot which is shaped in the calf better for you, but if you dont want to have to get new boots there are still some things which can be done.
You could try raising your heel inside the boot. Do you have any footbeds in them yet? That may help by both raising the heel and realigning the foot.
Its also possible to strech the cuff, but unfortunatly its not easy to do on a FT, as they use the cables not propper buckles. You may be able to find somone who could strech them and move the 1st and second buckles for you.
So overall yes there are things that may work, or get a boot which actually fits you. Either way a boot fitter will be your best bet.
