lolwut?????
You DO know that red states (particularly in the south) are the highest-claiming for welfare and the like, while Blue states in the north are consistently pay the highest in taxes, right?
I mean seriously kid, you are embarassing yourself on so many levels right now. GM had a record year last year- and if the govt had folowed Romney's advice in the following article ( http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/19/opinion/19romney.html?_r=1& ) they'd be belly up and we would be completely without an auto industry with thousands of jobs lost. You want a workforce like China??? Yeah, enjoy that... Allow me to enlighten you, oh misled one.
below you will find a link to the CLW site, which is in charge of assessing labor conditions in China.
http://chinalaborwatch.org/news/new-328.html
In case you can't bring yourself to follow it, here's some meat and potatoes:
Of the survey results and the gravest classes of labor violations, the following statistics are notable:
A) The ability for workers to organize and express their grievances is extremely limited, and poses a serious problem. In 88.2% of the surveyed factories, there was no functional or effective trade union or grievance mechanism system.
B) In 87% of the factories, daily overtime work exceeded three hours or there was no guarantee of one day of rest each week. Not one factory met the legal requirements for overtime monthly maximum of 36 hours. In the surveyed factories, overtime hours in excess of 100 hours was the norm, and some were even in excess of 200 hours.
C) 82.6% of the factories surveyed do not pay wages in accordance with Chinese labor laws, with regards to minimum wage and/or overtime rates. As workers have no means of engaging in collective bargaining, there is little hope of wages increases.
Yeah sounds like a blast, where do we sign up?? Starting to see the point yet? If not, it's that China is a shithole and although they may crank out iPhones, their labor force is getting worked over. It's almost a picture perfect recreation of the way we treated our workforce during the industrial revolution- those at the top became billionaires, and the people at the bottom got f'd.
I mean seriously, if you would just stop being so accusatory and defensive in your posts and would just shut up and read up on a few things before spouting off about nonsensical things like where I was hired, etc. all the answers would be far more apparent to you and you wouldn't have to ask.
Again, I ask you how old you are, how much real life experience you have with tax code and issues like insurance premiums and the like. From your posts here and elsewhere, I'd asses that at around zero. It's actually quite bothersome that you can be so angry and so uninformed all in the same post.
Again, being defensive and accusatory when your shit argumentative style leaves you looking like an ass. Also, you clearly didn't read the first page at all, where I explained that I am involved in a family business that I have worked my ass off to make it a successful company rather than just a paycheck and I work with fortune 50 companies all day long now. Nuclear and military contracts, the whole nine. I took a "job" and turned it into a "career" because I saw an opportunity.
Nice claim, but none of that means anything, really. I asked what your DIRECT WORK EXPERIENCE is and how much you've worked on things like business structuring, tax assesment and the like, I didn't ask whose elbow you touched once. I've met a lot of people and it doesn't mean shit if I can't decide for myself what matters and asses actual information. Again, I ask you- WHERE HAS ROMNEY SAID IN WRITING WHAT HIS PLAN IS?
Seriously. Find it and report back. Until then, all arguments about "what he's trying to do" are null and void. You can try to insult me all you want, but I really don't care to be completely honest. It just means your stance is going nowhere and you can't handle it, which is fine by me. I've done my best to answer your rediculous points, the least you can do it meet me halfway.
