Icelantic/Elva Hat. WHAT IS THIS BRAND

So i won this hat at a raffle that looks blue and its called the elva/icey beanie. i google imaged it and found a picture but for some reason it wouldn't work so all i have is the little one at the bottom Anyways, it says on the tag that it is a callabo hat with the company Elva. What is Elva? Has anyone ever heard of this brand? Is it European? I also found this picture of the logo for Elva while scrolling down google images:
