We found a very legit property in Tahoe City and are looking to get another 1-3 people to go in on it.
The Property -
.75 miles outside of downtown, on 2.5 acres, huge fire pit outside with benches for 15-20 people, endless parking, endless room for rails and other jibs, extra sheds/storage spots for gear, lake is right across road, bus to town and mountain is right at the start of the driveway a couple hundred yards away, couple restaurants across the street
The Place -
4 bedroom, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, large hang-out areas, couple of flat screens and fireplace, fully furnished downstairs and up, enclosed back deck with storage for skis and boards, open deck beyond that, oversized staircase that takes you to a second level. Originally a duplex that was made into one place - huge and ridiculously awesome spot.
The Lease -
Jan 3 - May 3, just in time to head to spring ski in Mammoth or a warmer spot
The People -
Moving to North Lake from Mammoth Lakes. Very chill and laid-back. Looking to ski Squaw and Alpine most everyday, hit up Woodward, be out or be traveling. Both very easy to get along with. Alcohol/420 all good. Looking for good people that are similarly stoked on the season, can get rent on time, can take care of their spot, hangout and have some beers by the fire-pit, set up some jibs outside, get after it on powder days, etc, etc. Have a couple people interested but since it's so far out just looking to throw out the good word and see if we can lock down a very legit place with really good people/skiers.
The Rooms -
All good sizes, plenty of windows/light. $700 gets you a room, storage, etc, all utilities included - phone, cable, internet, storage space, etc etc. But, this is a ski town and if $700 is too high and you have a good friend to share a room with, we can get you both in for $400/each a month.
That's all I can think of. We saw a lot of places and this is the most legit we came across, by far. If this sounds like something you'd be a good fit for, pm me and we'll figure it all out.
