JUMPS or RAILS for the rest of your life?

If you had to choose between riding either only rails or only jumps for the rest of your life what would you choose. Thought of this thread while bored in class, interested to see results..

Jumps for me.

Rails-So much easier to set up early/late season ans so many combos. Also, Cannons kinda replace jumps

I can't believe anyone is saying rails. I'm not that good at either, but do you really think you're ever gonna want to be hitting rails later on in your life? Plus jumps just give you that feeling of flight that is amazing.

haha i guess.

but...

urban rails = huge balls
Big mountain skiing = even bigger balls

no denying it.

I'd still rather have rails than park jumps, and back country cliff drops into pow before both of them.

jumps because you can build them into pow and for whoever said jumps were more dangerous than rails and thats why you would choose rails, i didnt realize ns was filled with giant flappy pussies

id say rails for 2 reasons: in every condition rail skiing is fun whereas jumps suck if its icy. and rails are harmless injury wise. But if i was better at jumps i would probably say jumps tho

Rails, if I want to float through the air I'll just hit a cliff and my home mountain doesn't do jumps... so rails it is

i'm from the east where there are not very many big jumps, although i do enjoy a nice step-up. i've never tried backcountry either, so i have no idea what pow is like. i'm going to go with rails
