Crazy ski comparison - Need advice!

In a bit of a dilemma...(not a bad one to have though!)

At the moment I am skiing Armada Pipe Cleaners - love them around the park and on groomers. Awesome ski. But too much effort when I want to ski powder. Which I want to do more of.

So my options are...

Bite the bullet and buy some K2 obsetheds for powder etc..and keep the Pipe's for when I want to Park...

Or...

Sell the Armadas and get some Kung Fujas so I can do abit of everything on one ski.

Basically want to know abit more about the Obsetheds & Fujas...and what people would do if you had the choice.

I ski about 3-4 weeks a year...but do quite abit indoor aswell for freestyle.

Or maybe even the Hell Bents instead of the obsetheds

Yeah keep the PC for days with no new snow, and see if you can get some older obseths cheap. We were selling last years Obseth with rental bindings for $399 at the turkey sale this year.

If money is less of a consideration, get the pepitors. Great pow ski so much fun.

I can pick up the Obsetheds with Griffon Marker Schizos for about $490 in the UK...or the Fujas for about $100 less...Just trying to work out whether i would really miss a proper park ski by moving to an all-rounder

If you go for one ski like the Kung, then although its an awsome ski, it wont be as good as your PC in the park, and it wont be as good as the obseth in pow.

So if you want to only have one set go for it, but be aware you are not going to get as good performance in the park or pow as a dedicated ski would gie you.

Personally I would look at the Kung as my All mountain ski as well as my pow and park skis, so I would not have to use it on super deep days or days I just wanted to ski park.

This years K2 Seth pro model ski is the Sideseth. It's not in the factory line and is not really a twin tip, more of a slightly raised tail. It's still a sick ski though and a bit stiffer then previous models.

I would keep your Armada's and go with a powder ski also. Check out Armada JJ's. If you can you'll be better off with a ski that is dedicated to a particular aspect of the sport, then one that is meant to suffice in all aspects.

I would get a powder ski to go along with your PC's. It's really fun having two pairs of skis, switching back and forth makes both pairs more fun if that makes any sense. The right skis make the conditions that much more fun.

thanks for all the help.

decided to look at a dedicated powder ski afterall...found a really good deal on some hell bents. But going to have a look around and see if anything else pops up.
