Looking for a very skilled and motivated computer programmer

Hey guys, I am looking for someone with a special talent for computer programming, I know NS might not be the best post to be asking for someone like this; however, I figured I would start the process of searching for people here. I am starting a new tech company, to apply for Y Combinator or another accelerator investment program. I have a real idea, with potentially massive returns.
The person I'm looking to go into business with needs to be someone that I can get along with and work well with. This person also would need to be prepared to dedicate themselves to this project for the near future. I am skilled in css 4. I can make links, post pictures, and change the font. I received an A in my senior year computer coding class because I can even embed videos. Let me know the salary so I may consider it.

Universities would probably be good places to look for these people, an enterprising upper-level computer science major would probably be able to help you out.

i am unskilled and unmotivated and i have no interest in computer programming. i will work lethargically for you for several weeks before starting to skip days of work with strange excuses about family illnesses and dead cats. eventually i will not come to work at all, and you will be forced to fire me

haha thanks man, and yeah I've been trying to work with my university which is actually harder than you might imagine. For some reason they aren't able to put me in contact with any individual students and tell me that my best bet is to post an ad to the universities classifieds...
