Environmentally friendly? Why yes, it is. Rinse it out, send it back. They just reuse them. Convenient? Yes, it is convenient. Delivered right to the milk box sitting on my front door step every Tuesday. Technique? Fuck no. You pour it and it goes in your glass. No bullshit necessary. Fuck your milk bags.

i can also attest to this. there is no longer any bagged milk in vancouver... just like harveys... there are no harveys in vancouver*






*there are in surrey in richmond, but none in any places with vancouver in the name of the district/city/area

you guys have jugs??? The only time Ive seen people drinking stuff from jugs is the park bench alcoholics drinking Denatured alcohol at the gas station.

All you have to do is change your order online. You can get other stuff too like meats, juice, and jams and stuff. We get two gallons of skim milk, half a gallon of chocolate milk, half a gallon of strawberry milk, and a quart of half and half every Tuesday. If you want something different, just go online and change it (by Sunday, I believe) and that's what they'll bring you. It's pretty fucking awesome.

I half expected her to hang that bag up and hook it up to an IV drip. The bag thing is stupid because you have to buy a special jug for it, and then buy the special cutter apparently I mean how many accessories do you need to just drink a glass of milk for gods sake?

it's totally an Ontario (east coast?) thing. I grew up with bags, but since moving to BC, I haven't seen a bag of milk anywhere.

the pitchers usually cost about $.50
you can cut them open with scissors or knives as well

fuck milk bags tho they're a serious hassle. jugs don't fit in the door of my fridge.

They're not very big, most people who choose to buy bags are likely to have big/ busy families, otherwise they can just buy cartons. My brothers and I go through bags quickly enough.
