i was given the task of trying to fire a black person at my job not too long ago, it was easily the most BS retarded process ive ever had to go through. this lady was a horrible employee, one of if not the worst ive worked with. and where with a white person, you can just say, "you suck at your job you're fired" and thats that, i spent over a month working with an attorney trying to find the best way to get rid of her and not risk being sued for discrimination. baslcailly all they need to do is say it was racism and boom, your ass is getting sued.
if you give them unemployment it reduces the risk drastically, but we didnt want to give it to her, especially knowing that shes just working the system, doing a shitty job, living off unemployment etc..
and what made it worse was she knew we couldnt fire her, so she kept doing a shitty ass job, missing days and showing up late etc.. after almost 2 months of trying to find a way to get rid of her she finally quit. probably because work became miserable when she was being talked to and yelled at almost every day.
so there's just one example of how blacks have more rights. our retarded ass system not only discriminates and calls it equality, it makes it easier for blacks to fit the stereotype we have given them, where if a white guy tried to do the same he'd be fired in a day.
