End of first clip set to brighten a lot, then sped up a lot, then the beginning of original clip set to bright and then darkening to normal tone.

thanks man, but what about when it appears that the shot is shuttering up and down?

I'm not sure if they did it this way, but my guess is that they just moved the camera away quickly, and then just sped it up a bit.
