Replying to Computer question.

So in the middle of the night last night I fell off my bed and on the way down, slammed my head on my computer that is sitting on the nightstand next to my bed. I wake up to find that the F# bar isnt working. Then later find that if I hold down ALT, it will work. How do I get it back to not having to hold ATL? If that is possible, maybe in the shunt I punched a key in that is permanently pressed down or something. Any helpful answers will recieve k.
