FedEx problem

So I bought ski from a user, he send by fedex. But the ski are stuck in custom here in Canada for like 4 days, call fedex, the girl just say the same thing as I can read on Internet.
Usually I don'T give a fuck, but I need my skier ASAP cause I'm waiting for them before leaving to REvelstoke.

Some people had the same problem ?

the Canadian post has a pretty bad rep from what I've been told. I've had some stuff stuck at the border for a week if not more.

Usually I have no problem, I send ski to colorado from canada and In 4 days they we're delivered. Karmaloop order are fast, but dam these take long.

skis take a long time because they are big.

I ordered some bluehouse skis last year and shipping took like 3 weeks.
