Urban Question?

Me and my crew are new to urban, we just found a whole bunch things we wanna hit. My questions are, can wooden rails slide, what do you need to do to cement to make it slide, and do you need to do anything to metal handrails to slide them?

If its cold enough, put some water on either the cement or wooden rails, so it will ice up.

Bring a jug of water, and pour it on cement, usually you can just wax wood. Remember, be respectful, and clean up after yourselves. Have fun.
