Hey guys, I know there are some knowledgeable fashion folk around here that know how to dress well. Can you help me find some examples of a shoe like the ones in the cover photo on this website:

I want a nice leather boot/shoe like this that is distressed a bit so I don't have to wax/polish them every day to keep them in good shape, or otherwise worry much if I beat them up a bit. Any tips out there? Willing to spend what it takes to get something I can have forever and resole when necessary.
