so about a month ago i ended up breaking my heel and im not supposed to put any weight on it and i cant tramp or ski for 3-4 months. my leg has been getting weaker and ive started getting out of shape cus all i can do is sit around all day. does anybody have any leg exercizes that are 0 impact on my heel? preferably quads>calfs. also, does anybody have any cardio exercizes other than running?
