Ive had a lot of back pain recently and ive been told by a phisio that is is lined to my hamstrings being incredibly tight (like i can only lift my leg from flat to about 45 degrees). So he told me to start doing yoga.
Anyone out there know what its like? I mean im not too sold on the whole idea of going from wearing XXXL tall tees and pants to then slipping into spandex to go to a yoga class with a bunch of middle aged women.
