People that get dizzy during skiing, is it everyone? Most people? A select few? I'm not really talking 1's or 3's, but bigger tricks...and last season this was not a problem. I have noticed over the summer on my trampoline when I flip\spin I get a huge headache and very very dizzy, and when I bouncy up and down I feel my brain shaking I guess. And I'm not sure what I could have done and how to cure it but its really annoying and I have to take 5 min breaks after doing a couple tricks......this thread is basically for cures for dizziness and prevention. tl;dr tell me ways to prevent dizziness\cures
yea i used to get these on my tramp a year back or so. it feels like a legit pounding in your skull. i never really got rid of it, i just figured it was because i didnt weigh enough
Wtf I swear we are the exact person, I feel as if my pulse (vein) is touching my skull and my skull just beats hard to my pulse until my pulse goes on, but it hurts bad and I can hear it to, fuck me
Have you hit your head lately? I got a pretty bad concushion about two months ago and now when ever I do any bouncing or spining types of activities I get the same feeling. Like even when I run it happens to me.
Yep, pretty much whenever my heart is beating fast, like running, getting scared, skiing, tramping, biking..but I mean my head takes a beating, I play lacrosse and its been going on for around June and is still going on, I mean I sort of just ignore it and I am at the doctors frequently
I noticed the same thing. Also I've heard close my eyes really tight after spinning and pretending I'm holding a invisible pole to trick my body, eat healthier and drink more fluids...+k all around
