I thought that was really good. The only criticism, and this is trying hard to look for them, is when he goes past you you often don't pan fast enough(which I know is hard) and it's often a pretty abrupt stop when you stop panning with the tripod. can't see anything else wrong.

Great edit man! Kids got skills
I haven't seen to many biking videos so I dont have much to compare with, but it seemed pretty good. Most of the shots were a bit over exposed and the WB seemed a bit cool. So just work on the colors and the exposure, and like the other kid mentioned, smoother/faster pans, and the edit will be great!
