Replying to Georgian College Urban Rail

So today I was at GC for a field trip, and whilst walking from building to building on this boring tour, i see a stair set out side with a I believe tre-kink rail on one side and down rail on the other side. Best of al it was on a downhill so it looked lie it could be hit easily with out banshee bungee. so my question is, has anyone attempted this? i mean it almost looks to perfect, the only problem i see is its location.
