yeah man! that was the first place i ski'd. nowadays i usually stick around edmonton and if i go into the mountains i'll be near banff, like lake Louise or sunshine.
i dont know who sets up our park, but the last few years the one booter was really badly set up. Take off was about 2 ft long and threw you waaaay backseat. Not high enough to flip though. And if we flip we lose our pass for a while i think.
i saw a gaper snowboarder break his legs on the whaleback on the west side. He came flying over it, did like a 65 and landed toe edge down. Sounded like t-hall on chads gap lol
i'm in sk right now, but i'm moving to revy november 30. i'm back for christmas might hit mission one day for old time's sake. childhood stomping grounds right there. if any skiers are coming for a trip to revy let me know i'll show you around.
SK all the way. Going to uni in Saskatoon right now so hitting up table mountain by the Battlefords this season. Doing a marketing strategy project with them right now actually, top group in the class gets free passes and whatnot so I will probably be looking for ideas from the NS community in return for some +k in a couple weeks!
I can also confirm that. Park is wayyyyyy nicer than anything else around. marketing director for table told us they "bring in a crew from a BC resort" to design/build it for em. Dunno which resort but they do an alright job.
Ya man for sure they do. Gotta love goin out there. Do you usually go out lots? Most of my buddies are stopping going so I've been tryin to find guys to ski with. I suck ass though hahaha
