I hate exam week, and the few weeks before exams. It's so boring. I wanna do shit but everyone sells out and is like 'no, I gotta study tonight'. fuck that - I don't study, why do they have to? people care too damn much about their marks in highschool and dont' know how to work the system to get the best mark with the least amount of effort.
Anyone else find it annoying when you're left to sit infront of the computer 'cause everyone else it too damn busy studying a month before their exams than when the exam comes they can't even go outside 'cause they might forget one small fact about some stupid war.

My theory is if I didn't know it during the semester, than there is no sence in learning it for the exam. I'm gonna gradute anyway, done high school forever, no more of that shit. Later.

getting somewhere in life doesnt start till college. if ur fairly ok in highschool you should be fine. you choose where you want to go in college, study hard, go as far as you want, and then find a job in that field. you get far if you choose the right courses and do well in college

Yeah you don't have to try hard in High School unless you want to be like a architect or something, its all about the social sciences and poli sci man. I smoke everyday and pull off mid 70's and I love it. The way I see it the goal of school is to socialize you. Part of healthy development is adapting to your peer group. So as long as you attend once in a while to develop your social skills your doing your part.

You dont even have to be that smart in high school to be an architect. I was almost gonna do that, my one friend is and his marks are less than stellar.
High School is just gay, some people who are friggin' basic just kiss ass and get good marks. Is Basic a common term or is that jus at my high school, like calling someone basic. Anyway. Later.

Are we talking college or university architect here?? I agree with you, most of my courses test how well you can memorize other peoples opininons and don't reward critical thinking at all- To me thats a bunch of horseshit

here's what i gotta say about highschool - 4 YEARS OF MY LIKE FUCKING WASTED!!!. It was a joke. Society says you need it - i say fuck that shit. yea, there is a good social aspect of it that prepares you for life... but what happens when all of your good friends don't even go to your school... and all the friends at school are you friends 'cause you gotta talk to someone at lunch. The past month I have been to school for about 10 days (no lie)... and i'm pulling off a 69% in English (pretty fuckin' good for never going and doing a bare minimum as far as work goes) - oh and for all those that wonder, I got a 83% on that story I wrote.
I'm just glad that shit is done and overwith - now as Johan said - I can start living my life, not waste every day of it.

Its not hard to fake it in HS and still do fine. Im kinda pissed that I tried as hard as I did, my current college (3rd tier, pretty respectable) didnt even look at my HS gpa nor my ACT scores!

school is easy if you know how to work it, i got a 98% in spanish and i didn't do one homework assignment. I would just copied, get my mexican friend to do it for me of or swap papers with someone right before the teacher checks. I picked up the spanish preety good so I aced most all of my test, and if i didn't know then i would trick my teacher into giving me all of the answers.
