I was wondering how u guys train for ski season, getting back into flips and things like that. Most people i think have tramps but personally i don't. My ski season doesn't start for another month so where could i practice?. just looking to learn some new tricks and get flips down before the season starts. K++ for answers
it depends on what you are training for. if you want to have your muscles ready for the season then go to the gym. if you are trying to work on you balance in the air and dont have a trampoline then i recommend finding a swimming pool with a diving board. if you want to practice jibbing then make a pvc rail.
