Sounds to me like you're being careless with your shit and are getting mad when the inevitable happens. If you leave shit set up, it's gonna get hit. If you leave tools out, they're probably gonna get stolen.. Really, I know it sucks, but what the fuck did you think would happen?

If you've put time, effort and money into it, then you shouldn't have a problem putting in a little bit more time and a little bit more money to buy a chain and padlock. Lock your shit up, and no one will hit it. Until then, stop bitching about people hitting your stuff completely legally and on public land.
