Someones throat being cut really deep and then that gurgling sound when they gasp and choke for air and only blood and parts of their esophagus are spilling out while they slowly die in horrible pain.

I would say downshifting.

I turn my radio off just to hear my subi downshift.

Also:

the sound of a perfectly tuned drum head so when you hit it, it drops half a pitch

Snow crunching and squeaking under your boots, clicking into your bindings, a skateboard popping and landing (like posted above), rain at night when falling asleep, really windy cold snowy nights, a fire, leaves crunching under your feet, buttons with a nice *snap*, waves crashing.
