this is the perfect way of putting it. some skiers have that grace and flow. how old is he? 17? 18? the kid has hardly grown into his body yet. his bag of tricks s incredibly impressive, and i like the approach that he, brown, and gus bring to the game. They're so strong, so athletic that the things they do are almost effortless.

he may have the ugliest style and the worst over-exerted windup i've ever seen in skiing, but he still shreds hard. if he cleans up his style, he's going to be something big in the years to come.

No matter what anyone says he's still going to be one of the top three skiers in the world. Like honestly people on Ns just love to hate on guys that throw ridiculous shit. Do you expect him to thrum switch dub 14 blunt with his pants around his knees?

yea pants at waist make skiers look weird... I even tought I looked really weird on film with pants at the wasit.. but it felt easier to do screaming seamen so I didnt care :P

Goepper is sick, and the truth is, he doesn't care what you guys say. He comes on NS a bit, and doesn't really post. I met Nick this summer, and he became a good friend. We'd spend time in the skatepark, or just chill on the trampolines. He's a nice guy, and a good skier. He may not have the best style, and he may not be stomping dub 14s, but all that matters to me is that he's nice, and he's good at skiing.

Honestly, I haven't been skiing for long, but come on guys, what has skiing become?

Although your totally wrong on the whole outerwear thing I get what your trying to say. Geopper can throw down as well as anyone, but sometimes lacks the style of guys like kenworthy and wallisch. definitely NOT because of what he wears though, that doesn't change anything about the style of his tricks...he's still one of the sickest skiers out there

what you say is true and all, everyone has style, but you gotta go a liitle more in depth. The fact that you quote someone like Charley probably implies (i think) that in your opinion he does not have style or bad style as you could say. I'm all for different styles in skiing, i think it's what makes skiing unique. But you gotta agree some styles look better than others.
-even though it's all personnal preference you don't have to be a genius to realise that some a bigger number of people will appricieate a certain style better than an other.
ie: comp skiers vs film skiers generally have better "style"

Good style is an opinion, you choose to like it or not, it's like art, but just be stoked that they are doing what you love! I mean some art is considered ugly by a majority of people and some is considered appealing to many people. But most people are generally just stoked that someone took the time to make it and has a passion for it. I believe it's the same thing for someone's style in skiing and skateboarding et cetera.

I also think he used Charley as an example of someone who is precieved to "not have style" and was only trying to prove that his style was just different and maybe not clean and cookie cutter like many styles. In the end what we both are saying is it's up to the viewer whether they like it (the style) or not, not whether they "have style" in general.
