Eh, after looking at those headphones I'd guess that the sound quality doesn't really match the price. They seem like one of those 'cool' headphone companies that focus a lot on the aesthetics and branding of the headphones (for example Skullcandy, Beats by Dre) instead of the sound quality. I'd be happy to be proven wrong though.
You didn't really specify what kind of headphones you're after, so I'm going to recommend two types. Both are under $50 and offer excellent sound quality for the price. If you want over-the-ear headphones, you can't go wrong with the Koss Porta Pros. Comfortable, good sound with a lot of bass and they fold into a nice little package. For IEMs (in ear monitors, the types that go into your ear canals) I like Sennheiser CX300s. Affordable, durable and most importantly they sound good.
