I have always had trouble with cold hands, especially living in Wisconsin with cold temperatures for the majority of the season. What glove will keep these felanges toasty? Price is the least of my worries, I just want to be warm.
I just use handwarmers. Keeps my hands warm even with the shitiest gloves. Also if your hands are cold it may be caused to your core being cold. Wear an extra shirt and you will be surprised at how much warmer your hands stay.
Get your self some mittens. That is the warmest.
My personal favorite. Sterling-Klondike plain leather mit. Then I throw a single layer Fox river rag mit in it. I've used On the coldest night of my life (-45 F) and my hands were still warm. Cost less then $50.00
I want some hestra mitts really bad but I'm freaked out on spending that much.
And these puppies look like their warmest mitt, but my biggest bitch with them is that they don't have a leather backhand.

Midwest rope tows are going to rip the shit out of a nice Hestra mitt.
I'd say hit up your local ranchish store. I found some insulated leather mittens for $20 last winter that are perfect for abuse on our jump hill rope tow and skiing around the hill.
