Hovering problem?

I have no idea how to call this so I called it hovering problem. On this laptop when I hover with my mouse over FORUMS, where you have the links: site discussion, ski gabber, NGS, etc. When I want to click on ski gabber or 1 of the others, the links change to the HOME links: team updates, park updates,etc. I first have to click on Forums, which is then coloured orange, and when I then hover over ski gabber, it will stay there. But when I do this with my PC i just have to hover and not click. If this makes any sence.
