How to dampen vibrations from subs?

Hey guys, so I installed a subwoofer into my truck a while back, along with nice speakers and 2 amps. The system sounds great, apart from a ton of vibration in my door panels. I have a 97' F150 extended cab. So I really don't have that many panels. How can I reduce or stop the vibration? Its to the point where its so distracting it takes away from the music. I've discovered that the noise is made when the panels vibrate against each other, so if I put my hand over the spot in which the vibration is coming from, it stops. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can dampen the sound?

INB4 Glueing the panels

Okay guys heres the update. I found a bunch of foam around the house and put it in between the spaces that were vibrating. And for the small places, I stuck cotton balls and Q-Tips in there to separate the panels. It has worked great. I want to look into the dynamat stuff.

And heres the thing with the money, its all preference. You don't realize how much more enjoyable music is with a decent sound system. The stereotype of subs is some teenage bumping to dubstep. The sub enhances the feeling of music and the speakers as well. Like I said, I listen to classic rock. The music is much more enjoyable with my system and I don't regret buying it at all. I spend a decent amount of time in my car so I like being able to listen to nice quality music. I take a lot of pride in my music. Its all preference. And another thing, you don't realize how crappy a normal stock system sounds until you upgrade. So don't say "get something useful". Because in my opinion, it is useful.

yeah you don't have to drive around like a G blaring rap with your windows down everywhere you go, but I definitely see value in having a dope stereo I love mine

Dude I have a 10 inch sub. I listen to classic rock. I would NOT consider myself to be loud. I agree that the level that video is at is absolutely obnoxious. In fact, most teenagers with subs are very obnoxious because they just buy the "bump kit" from their local car audio store and run it off their stock head unit and get the shittiest amp they can afford to power their two 12 inch subs. That, my friend, is obnoxious.
