Whistler YES ski instructor

Just booked myself into the 3 week YES ski instructor program over in Whistler, was just wondering if anyone has done the course or anything similiar?

I've met a few people that have done them, I personally haven't but I guarantee you'll have a ton of fun man!

hey man im doing the 12 week thing !

my mums an accountant for travelplan ski so she hooked it all up. was either do a season and pay for myself, or do that and have it paid for me haha. so keen though ! shoot us a message when youre over there

is that the one where u train 5 days a week and then get your level 1 at the end? if so you better fucking annihilate the exam, im currently csia 2 and i was amazed at how basic the course was, its basically just about how to structure a lesson. not that that is a bad thing, i just expected it to be harder

You will have a shit load of fun, the trainers are really cool guys and gals, make sure you listen and learn, if u use the information they give you wisely you will take huge amount out of it. and when they ask you to explain the skill of "pivoting" tell them that you "turn your femur inside your hip socket, which in tun develops separation", they will like that :)
