Replying to North American Motor Inn - Philidelphia Oct 5th/6th

Possibly the most ridiculous place I've ever called home for a weekend.

1 Sketchy hotel
2 nights
3 days
4 floors
A ton of biscuit kids
a few pimps
several prostitutes
1 night club full of black people on the first floor
1 fight(more like riot) of black people from said night club
1 rape
many fights
many thefts
lots of vandalism


Seriously was some of the most ridiculous shit ever. The first floor was a giant group of black people raging a nightclub ironically called the ritz. Sometime around 1 or 2 am the first night a problem with pimps turned into an all out war. fire extinguishers through windows, chairs thrown at people, somebody came back in with a road sign pole to use as a weapon. A hooker got beat down in the stairwell. One person got stabbed in said fight/ riot.

The elevator had a mind of it's own. You really weren't sure if it would ever open, and reopen if you actually got inside it. The buttons were gone and you had to stick your finger in hoping you wouldn't get electrocuted or get whatever the fuck had been left in there on your finger.

Seemed like every few rooms had a nitrous tank or several. People running up and down the hallways fishing out. People knocking on doors with bags of wine containing everything from just wine to wine, sass, molly, acid, and other things. Somebody stole the plate out of the microwave on one floor to cook ketamine on.

People were doing lines of just about everything you've heard of and many things you haven't in the hallways on the motels lovely 3 by 5 mirrors they pulled off the walls.

The hotel had central air and it was broken, the hottest place I've ever stayed. People were cutting the calking out from the windows, a few windows may have gotten smashed. Several fans were stolen to cool people down.

Some dude I didn't know bled all over the bathroom in one of our rooms leaving the already shady as fuck bathroom looking like a seen out of 28 days later or dawn of the dead.

Some people got kicked out or left in fear after the first night. Somehow the few people sleeping in air mattresses in the halls didn't get murdered)as far as I know) One group got kicked out for leaving a tub running that made the ceiling start coming down on the room below.


The open rooms were filled with the hoods finest black people. Trying to snatch balloons out of peoples hands, rob people, fight people, some girl got raped. You had to cross a gauntlet of 20 siting facing each other on about a 10/15 foot stretch of hall at one point. Pretty much was at your own risk. Had to deal with them banging on rooms trying to get free balloons, drugs, or rob people.


Woke up to some girl yelling the same lines from borat I think and talking to walls. Hated my friend until I woke up from a nap in another room. Bringing the most intensely spun girl back to our room.

A couple of the rooms were infested by bed bugs. As far as I know we were alright, so I'm hoping that holds up.

Seriously was the most insanely sketchy/ interesting place I've ever stayed.

To top it all off when we finally got out of there on sunday there were multiple church services taking place in said nightclub downstairs in the hotel.

Probably leaving a bunch of shit out. There was just too much shit happening to not leave something out.
