Sandisk SD cards

Looking to buy some more SD cards and have figured that San disk seem to be faster and hold up longer than brands like Transcend.
I was wondering if anyone thinks the extreme pro are worth double the price over the extremes..
The part that gets my interest is that the extreme pro claim to be water proof..

If anyone has experience with the extreme cards or has a different brand to recommend, much would be appreciated!

I don't know why I would want a waterproof SD card really.

SD cards are waterproof, they maybe don't say it but they are, my brother put one of mine in the dogs mouth(to hide it from me(got knows why)) and it's still working

That's water resistant. Much different from when there is true water pressure surrounding and pressing down on a card.

Although any thing is waterproof essentially, as long as you dry off the circuit board before putting a current through it.

Yeah I've dropped a lot of shit in the snow, dropping it in snow isn't the same as dunking it in a pool.

I use scandisk extreme, they cost more, but its worth it.
