Hulu plus vs Netflix

Both basic $8 per month for both. What are the pros and cons of each? Or do they both have the same shows?

I have the basic netflix packages. for $8 it isn't bad. they have a decent amount of shows that I'll never get bored of. consistently I find myself watching random king of the hill episodes and drinking a beer before going to bed hah.

in terms of movies, there isn't much for "new releases." they do have some, but I wouldn't bank on it. if you're into documentaries or foreign/independent films, it's definitely worth it. I'm always finding things I've never heard of that pique my interest.

pros: random tv shows, documentaries, foreign/independent films, and I forgot totally garbage/hilarious movies

cons: nothing new/"popular"

They are very similar. With my experience with both, I found Netflix to have more choices. Go wit dat

I would have to say that they are getting better at it. Over the last 6 months they have added more movies that were new than they had before. I think that it's going to change a bit. I don't expect a ton of new movies but I do think that they will have enough to keep you interested along with everything else they offer.
