Replying to IPhone 5 vs iPhone 4s

I have a blackberry and I've been waiting for the 5 to come out to upgrade this piece of shit. But I haven't heard of anything significantly better from the 4s to the 5. I know its taller, thinner, lighter and has a bigger display, the camera is a little better. Other than that the only major difference in my eyes is the processor and charging ports.

Now heres my question.. Is it worth it to use my upgrade and spend $200 for the 16gb iPhone 5 or get the iPhone 4s 16gb for free?

Anyone who has upgraded from the 4s to the 5 I'd like your opinion but I want to here what you all think. I'm in college so I don't have money to throw around but I have enough to buy it if I budget my money correctly.
