Why do they always sit tightly around my thighs while I'm skiing? God why?

HELL NO THUNDERTHIGHS! HAHA. Actually I'm quite skinny. Pants are baggy, but cling to the legs when skiing (i guess it's the wind causing it).

get pants that use a heavier material. not wind-breaker marterial, because that would stick to your leg i guess, and i assume thats your problem

just sag them to your knees, then they can't cling to your thighs.

I can't beleive you let your pants touch your thighs, you must look so stupid. you need to get stiffer pants. Or sew some flexible wire to the inside of your pants. It might hurt your skiing performance but is still way better than having your pants blow into your thighs when you are skiing.

your doing it all wrong. the trick is to urinate on your pants on the chairlift, then when its time to ski, your pants are frozen and stay hard and baggy.

Armada Surplus Suspenders. I have them. Im 6 feet tall and I can have my pants an inch above my knees with them.
