Never said it was special, just going to show that body type doesnt equal ability to lift. You can be 185 and put more up than someone who is 220.
And the first pic he was 15? Now he is 20. He doesnt lift seriously, more as a stress reliever. He is taking 3 labs in college so hes ready to explode some days.
Chances are if you tip over doing squats, you lack the hip mobility to do olympic squats effectively. Only go do the depth your body'll allow. As soon as your hips start rolling under your spine(buttwinking). You stop. That is the effective end of your squat, any further puts your lower back at a very high risk of injury.
That's so exspensive. I can get 2 pounds from the grocery store for $17. Whey protein is whey protein. I don't buy into that bullshit "golden hour" where you need whey isolate. I've been seeing the same results with the cheap protein and it tastes pretty good.
